The program

How it works, for founders

Six weeks. One agent per problem. We don't start with tools. We start with what keeps landing back on your desk, and build from there.

  1. Discovery

    Week one, one hour

    What tools you use, how work moves through the company, where it gets stuck. We name the two or three problems worth solving first. Nothing gets built in this session.

  2. Setup, on your own

    Week one, self-guided

    You get written materials and set up your AI work environment yourself, on your own machine. I never take a copy of your data. Questions get answered at the start of the next session.

  3. Alignment and the scope of agents

    Week one, two and a half hours

    I bring a map of the agents I think we should build, one per problem from Discovery, and what each one runs on. We agree on the roadmap and what success looks like. You pick a small, personal starter agent to build before we meet again.

  4. Let's work together, five times

    Weeks two to six, two hours each

    We build one agent per session, side by side, on your real data and your real problems. Between sessions you use it daily. What happens between sessions matters more than what happens in them.

Nothing sends on its own.

Every agent starts by proposing. You review, you approve, and only then does it get to act. Automation comes after trust, not before.

You own the setup.

It runs on your machine, in your accounts, in plain files you can read. When the six weeks end, nothing depends on me.

What gets built

Real agents from the first engagements

Two businesses, one an e-commerce brand and one a coaching and go-to-market practice. These are some of the agents we built in the first weeks.

  • Ad and sales numbers in one place

    Shopify, Instagram and Facebook Ads each told a different story. The agent connects to all three, reconciles them, and always shows year-on-year revenue alongside the inflation-adjusted figure.

  • Support replies that start from the past

    Hundreds of support tickets, replies copied by hand. The first step was not automation: read the last 500 tickets, find the common questions, propose the answers. Sending stays with a person.

  • A communications agent for a magazine interview

    Twenty-six questions from a magazine, due in three days. The agent had the brand voice, past interviews and product notes, and drafted every answer in the founder's own tone.

  • LinkedIn content with its own analytics

    For a coach whose business runs on LinkedIn: an agent that keeps the voice, the drafts and the numbers together, so writing stops being the thing that eats the week.

I'm Tolga. For 19 years I produced events in Istanbul: festivals of 30,000 people, sponsors like Coca-Cola and Red Bull, and all the unglamorous parts that make a show happen. Security, fencing, accreditation, the 8-point text in the Excel tables. I ran my own agency for five years and taught event management at university for nine.

In 2016 I left events and spent six years running finance and operations at ATÖLYE, a design studio in Istanbul: an acquisition, a Dubai entity opened in six months, a B Corp certification.

In 2022 I moved to Lisbon and became COO of Talent Protocol, a web3 startup: a token launch, treasury, finance, operations. It's also where AI stopped being a chat window for me. I started with my own bottlenecks, the queries I couldn't write and the reports that ate a day, and ended up building agents that did real work.

Since 2025 I've been showing others how, and the people who got the most out of it weren't the ones who wanted to code. They were people running a business, with real problems and nobody to hand them to. Run Your Business With AI is built for them.

I've spent twenty years explaining complicated things to people who had better things to do: students, festival crews, founders, boards. Now I do it with AI, for people who run businesses and don't have an engineer to hand things to.
